This is an opportunity to deeply connect to your womb, to the energetic space of the pelvic bowl, the portal of creation, shakti, and life to the universe. It is the place to birth visions, creations, and desires. Many women have been disconnected from the womb and our menstrual cycle. This is an awakening of the wise women within who have a lot to say. Listen to her.

The practice is a combination of meditation and movement.
