Lakshmi. She is the beauty of the earth, the rich fertility and bounty of the natural world. She represents harmony and the abundance of energy and magnetism that lives inside of you. This is an invocation and embodiment practice to explore the frequency of Lakshmi in your being, to awaken her codes, reminding you of your sensuality and infinite radiance.
LAKSHMI PLAYLIST – once you have embodied her energy allow your body to move with her. Use this playlist to journey deeper, her energy guiding your movement as you breathe her into your cells. Allow yourself to come alive as Lakshmi as you receive her transmission. This is an extension of the practice as usually when Sarah-Jane works with embodiment there is always an element of somatic movement … and the music is curated to help your process.
