About this session
The work here is to create stability and strength in a greater range of movement, strengthening the body in full extension. Hence we will work on releasing tension patterns to make the body move better as a unit and strengthen the body as a whole not separating different parts. This can increase both agility and balance and works as great injury prevention.
This sequence is developed for hockey players but can be practiced by other athletes in need of releasing tension and strengthening.
