As women we receive through our yoni and give through our heart. In order to open this channel of receiving we must first awaken our hearts, and breasts as extensions of the heart. In this class we experience Taoist breast massage to nourish, enliven the breasts and feed the heart field. Cultivating this energy and sending it flowing like a river to nourish our womb and yoni with the frequency of of love, compassion, forgiveness and joy.
